Matthew D. Blum, M.D., J.D.

Before joining the Firm in 2003, Dr. Blum practiced otolaryngology in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for 29 years and law part-time for 18 years.

Dr. Blum obtained his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine, completed a pediatric internship at Children’s Hospital in Washington, D.C., a surgical residency at George Washington University Hospital, and an otolaryngology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his J.D. from Temple University School of Law (Evening Division) in 1985.

Dr. Blum served as a rotator with Project Hope in Peru, and, more recently, with the World Health Organization in Nigeria. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He has also served as a child advocate for the Support Center for Child Advocates and is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey Bar Associations.
