Shaune E. Ferrara
Shaune E. Ferrara is an associate with the firm and focuses her practice on representing injured persons in complex medical malpractice and tort litigation.
Prior to joining Kolsby, Gordon, Robin, Shore & Bezar, Ms. Ferrara practiced as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner at two major children's hospitals in Pennsylvania. She specializes in the nursing care of critically ill pediatric patients and pediatric liver transplantation patients.
Ms. Ferrara earned her Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2009, where she was the Executive Editor of the Temple Law Review. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001 with Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2004 from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Ferrara is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, as well as the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. She also serves as a member of the Editorial Board of Young Lawyer, a supplemental publication of The Legal Intelligencer. Ms. Ferrara serves as a volunteer child advocate for the Support Center for Child Advocates.
