Robert N. Hunn

Mr. Hunn concentrates his practice on complex tort litigation and representing catastrophically injured and disabled individuals. He has distinguished himself representing victims in a wide variety of professional malpractice, products liability, personal injury, and employment litigation claims including motor vehicle and trucking claims, product liability cases against multi-national corporations and pharmaceutical companies, medical and professional negligence, constitution tort claims, wrongful death claims, and employment discrimination.

Published in both legal and non-legal journals, Mr. Hunn has written extensively on trial practices and complex issues in professional negligence cases. He has also lectured on law-related topics for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

A 1983 graduate with honors from Gettysburg College, Mr. Hunn earned his J.D. cum laude from the Widener University Law Center in 1986, where he served on the editorial board of the school's Law Review. Mr. Hunn serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Hunn has twice served on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and is a past chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of PaTLA. He has worked with the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts organizing several fundraisers to support volunteer legal services. Mr. Hunn is a fellow of the Academy of Advocacy of the Temple University School of Law and he also provides free legal services to TLC, Inc. an organization dedicated to assisting the families of the 9/11 tragedy with benefits from various government programs and agencies. Mr. Hunn is one of the founding organizers of "Rec Day," an expo of recreational and sports activities for people with disabilities. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis and Education; a non-profit organization providing tennis and educational programs for at-risk children.

Mr. Hunn is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is the managing partner of Kolsby Gordon Robin Shore & Bezar's New Jersey Office. He has also been specially admitted as trial counsel in cases in numerous states in the country.
