Emily B. Marks
Emily B. Marks is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice on representing catastrophically injured persons in complex medical malpractice and tort litigation.
Prior to joining Kolsby, Gordon, Robin, Shore & Bezar, she gained extensive legal experience working for a general litigation firm representing clients in personal injury and domestic relations matters and was an active participant in the Legal Access Project providing legal representation for low income individuals.
Ms. Marks earned her Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the Science, Technology and Environmental Law Journal and Women's Law Caucus. She graduated from Swarthmore College in 2003, with a major in Political Science and minor in Women's Studies.
Ms. Marks is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and is involved in the Young Lawyers Division and Women in the Profession Committee. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations.
