Dr. F. Philip Robin
A partner at Kolsby, Gordon, Robin, Shore & Bezar and a licensed physician, Dr. Robin has represented victims of medical neglect for nearly 30 years. He brings significant medical experience to the courtroom and has secured dozens of multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements.
Dr. Robin's litigated cases involve every medical specialty; however, his main focus has been on obstetrics, surgery, and cancer misdiagnosis. His background in engineering also enables him to handle complicated cases involving injury or death caused by defective products including manufacturing machinery, swimming pools, motor vehicles, and forklifts.
A fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine, Dr. Robin is also a member of Tau Beta Pi, the National Engineering Honor Society; Eta Kappa Nu, the National Electrical Engineering Honor Society; the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and American Bar Associations; and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He was board certified by the American Board of Legal Medicine in 1982.

Dr. Robin earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University in 1971, a J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1974, and a D.O. from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1978. He held an internship at J.F. Kennedy Hospital, University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey, and treated patients in his own private practice for seven years. He is licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Colorado; and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Colorado.
